I started my journey with social media marketing in my college days – back then, there was no such term we used commonly – and hence, when anybody wanted to share anything online, “post kar de na” was the only phrase we used to say.

I used to promote my departmental and college fest across every college in Nagpur without putting effort into visiting them—this fascinated me back then.

I encountered many internships at Internshala, where I first learned about the term “Social media marketing.” Thanks to Google, my journey in Digital Marketing began.

I started understanding the essential requirements and kept applying for internships. Over the next two years after graduation, I completed over nine internships successfully, working a 9-5 job to pay the bills.

Digital Marketing is one of those fields where one can grow only by growing their skills practically – just like bicycling – you can’t learn to peddle just by reading books.

This journey was not planned. Training students online was supposed to be my last option when nothing would have worked out!

I was part of the first batch of Digital Deepak’s internship program, where I learned in-depth Advanced Digital Marketing topics.

Let’s Grow Digital was one of my assignments, which I started in May 2020. Initially, it was a three-week program in which individuals were trained in social media marketing.

After completing my first batch of four students, I made many modifications based on their reviews. Topics like Blogging, Canva Designing, and WordPress for Beginners were included.

I also did a lot of experiments for the next 5-6 months (which made me pause my YouTube journey), and it was worth it!

I have been in digital marketing industry since 2017, and have helped more than 460 students learn this skill and helped 34 individuals to grow their presence.

The Inspiration

I started exploring digital marketing in-depth after my graduation.

Some of my friends were curious about this field, so they kept asking me questions related to it. Some even asked me for my opinion on scaling their businesses.

They found my ideas insightful and encouraged me to build a career in this field.

But I knew the difference between a casual discussion and a serious consultation.

I believe that a digital marketer should work in a fixed niche. Hence, helping start-ups build their online presence became my niche.
